And the road to winning my second straight CL just got really hard with a knockout stages draw against EPL leaders Chelsea. That was just about the worst draw I could have gotten.

After making the Semis of the UEFA Nations League (with those matches to be played later), I had the draw for the EURO Qualifiers, and drew Scotland, Macedonia, Lithuania, and Greece:

Had a chance to cut Celtic's lead down to 3 points.

We lose 3-1 and now sit 9 points back. C'mon lads, if you want to win the league, we're going to have to beat these guys.

But my reserves did win the 29th League Cup in club history, so there is that.

And with 3 matches to play, Celtic have ended my title aspirations after I dropped a heartbreaking 0-1 result to Inverness and they defeated Dundee United 2-0.

This transfer period is going to be interesting. This is the most I've pushed Celtic since I've gotten back top. They aren't getting any younger (avg age 28) while my squad is beginning to hit their prime years (avg age 25). I've got a lot of salary being freed up with some retirements and expiring contracts. However, I didn't bring in as much prize money this year, so with us recording a loss on the books, I'm curious to see how much the board will give me.

Also, in my new regens, I have a 5-star potential AMC that Tottenham is wanting through tribunal. Trying to get him to sign a professional contract before we drag the courts into this.

Welp, Woking decided not to renew my contract and I ended up being unemployed from June to October. I had a plan and everything for the next season and they just cut me off. I then had numerous unsuccessful interviews with low league clubs across Europe(just like last season, prior to Woking).

October rolls around and a 2nd tier Polish team has a vacancy. They were more than happy to hire me, I'm now the head coach of Bytovia and looking to finish in the top half of the league. They sit in 12th place out of 18, around halfway through the season.

The team looks pretty decent, a top half finish shouldn't be difficult. My first match in charge is against the team at the bottom, hoping for a good start.

I decided to take over AFC United in Sweden (American GK) in addition to my Estonia duties. With Frank Simek and Marco Materazzi, yes that guy in my backline, I've gone up two division to the Sweden Premier League. Was also able to loan Jordon Ibe from Liverpool for two seasons. If you play wide, I'd try to grab him too.

I've seen this many times while at small clubs over the years in FM, but it always makes me laugh:

Forget the Premier League, La Liga or the Bundesliga, all players dream of playing for a Polish second division team.

5 matches lost in a row, team is whining incessantly. Things started well here at Bytovia, but just as I got the team into winning form...the stupid 3 month winter break started. I scheduled mostly easy friendlies and won all but one. Then proceeded to lose the next 5 league matches. Now all hell has broken loose.

Just another day at the office. If I don't get 9 points out of the next 5 matches, I'm toast.

I wouldn't have it any other way.

(with the exception that I'd like to win trophies, get jobs with big clubs and win bigger trophies, becoming a legend).

In a shocking twist, I failed to get 9 points in 5 and was shamed out of Poland. On the job hunt again! I WILL succeed.

Tottenham failed to qualify for Europe as I snuck into 3rd, managed to get Hugo Lloris on a free and Christian Eriksen for 35m off that sinking ship.
