So I started up a SAF Challenge save now, I took over Hull City on 6 Nov, its now 25 Jan, and all I can say this is the most awkward squad I have ever played with, ever. There's plenty of talent, but almost none of it meshes together.

Well, I've managed to makeover the Hull squad to my liking, hopefully a team capable of a top half/europa league finish, the major transfers so far:

Hasn't been confirmed yet, but Sebastian Coates is likely joining us from Liverpool, and I've secured Serge Gnabry and DeAndre Yedlin on loan.

FC Red Bull Salzburg is in the "teams left to draw" at the bottom. If I were to hit "draw next team" the screen would change to a long, vertical list of all the groups that wouldn't fit on one screen. So while it looks like Group H only has 3 teams, the 4th is FC Red Bull Salzburg.

Seems like players get a lot more pissed in this version, whether it's because of wanting a new contract or lack of playing time.

I've had a lot of complaining about lack of playing time, even when I've given guys a good amount of match time. Some are just never satisfied, I suppose.

I had some 19 year old in my U21 team ask for more playing time at the senior level. I decided, hey, why not give him a go in a match or two to prove himself. I learned a lesson that day. He got a red card in his first match...in 30 minutes. Post-game, he felt the entirety of my wrath to which he responded by throwing a tantrum.

You ask for more playing time and you get sent off in your first match??? I fined him, he got pissed, whined to his teammates about me being a big fat meany head and I promptly terminated his contract.

I miss the lower leagues and doing that. "I want more first team football" "No" "Well I'm going to complain" "Okay, do it to your couch"

Finally got my new career going. I'm going to Asia for the first time, managing Biu Chun Rangers in the Hong Kong Premier League. Mid-table projection for this first season, but I think this team can possibly challenge for a top 3 spot.

First league match of the season is away and apparently 70 people qualifies as a "decent" turnout in a 2200 seater.

Newbie here. Want to know is there any management game like Football Manager? Of course I know FM is the best.
I heard about Football Planet, since there are so many ads of it... Seems like it's a card game. Anyone played it before? Do you like it?

On England Duty for the UEFA Nations League. Last time and this time during the team meeting I was given two options: praise the team's experience, or praise the young guys. My squad is a mix of young and old. So last time I praised the young guys, and Calum Chambers got pissed and ripped into me for not focusing on experience. This time I praised experience, and Calum Chambers got pissed and ripped into me for not focusing on youth. I can't win.

I absolutely demolished Italy in my 2nd UEFA Nations League match. My team got complacent in the 2nd half and gave up 2 goals, which was annoying, but I'll take a 6-2 result any day of the week.

I love it too. The meaningless interlull friendlies are the worst part of managing an INT team in addition to a club team, and the Nations League helps eliminate that problem.

Yep, I used to just let my assistant pick my team for friendlies. I started off in division C

I got Ashley Barnes to play for Austria and he's been amazing for me. 27 goals in 33 CAPs. Qualified for Euros and have Turkey, Russia, and Croatia in my group.
