And you should make sure you have it set to at least 3 auto-saves.

I haven't played MLS so I can't answer your question, but in my opinion FM 15 is the best version of FM by a mile, so it's definitely worth picking up. Especially if you can nab it during a sale period.

In my 5th season with Aston Villa and I finally won my first trophy today!

I was quite pissed off when Benteke didn't make his penalty kick but everything ended up okay. I was mostly afraid it was going to be a repeat of last year when Man City beat me in the FA Cup final in extra time on a last second goal.

Season has been going pretty well overall, really pleased where this team is headed.

Also see you're in the 2nd knockout round of the Europa League. Not bad at all.

Was just thinking the same thing. Course I didn't play the game much until January

My season ended up being a great success. I did the treble, winning the Capital One Cup, Premier League, and Europa! First season in this save to win any trophies, so it was a very pleasant surprise to win three in one.

Another highlight of the season was going 4-1-0 against Chelsea this season. Should have been a perfect sweep, but I let them comeback when I was up 3-0 early in the season to tie 3-3. Was glad that one didn't come back to haunt me.

What did winning the CL and Serie A last season get me? Insane board expectations, that's what. The minimum expectation is that I win the League, win the UEFA Super Cup, and reach the semi finals of the Champions League. Talk about easy, right?

Fortunately the board doesn't think the Tim Cup is important, because they would probably demand I win that.

Edit: And I won the Super Cup, thanks largely in part to some terrible finishing by Leverkusen. It's like Emile Heskey took over the bodies of Leverkusen's strikers.

Well I finally ended up buying this game and my first career mode didn't go as expected. I picked Everton and started losing players left and right from the schedule demands. My best player leighton Baines wanted out from the beginning. Long story short I get fired in February after being 13th in the premier league and losing in the first knockout stage of the Europa. Does anyone have any advice for me? lol

Is this your first time playing FM?

On the injury front, make sure you aren't training your players too heavily, make sure their match fitness is kept high, and make sure you aren't starting/subbing in players who are fatigued and are subbing off players who get fatigued. Lack of match fintess/fatigue can be a killer when it comes to injuries in FM.

As for being in 13th, I don't know what tactics you are running (feel free to post them here for analysis), but make sure that aside from setting a good tactic you put the right players in the right player roles. You could have a star striker flounder because you have him set as a target man when he is terrible in that role.

How are you scoring most of your goals, and how many do you score?

Won the Supercoppa di Lega Tim 5-2. Though in reality, I kind of lost, since it's really just a friendly and I had two starters go out injured for 3 weeks.

Edit: Hilariously, the media are going wild with excitement over Roma's "double." And by "double," they are referring to the UEFA Super Cup and the Supercoppa di Lega Tim. The supporters are so happy they are "singing songs of praise." If only I had been selected to play the MLS All Stars. I could have celebrated a "treble."
