Got Embarrased by Aston Villa in the FA Cup 3rd Round:

Followed this up by a 2-0 loss to Blackburn on the road. Both Goals for the Rovers came off penaltys in the first half.

So far I've yet to clinch a win.

First game of the challenge was a memorable one. West Ham were lying 5th in the table, while Birmingham City, of course, were at the bottom.

Click the team name tab at the top of the screen, then hit team settings, and then click "control team" for both your reserve and U-18s.

              Nice one Tomas!

If I could ever win a match I'd be in heaven. The kicker is because of the transfer embargo my staff will recommend players to sign and I can't do anything.

Yeah that's gonna be tough. I haven't signed anyone yet, no one really worthy coming through.

I'll try to get a few more games in tonight.

After a wonder start, I lost my next two matches (0-2 home to Wolves and a devastating 2-3 loss at Hull City). My assistant manager recommended signing another striker and recommended Marlon King. I've brought him in on trial for 3 weeks. Any thoughts? I need a target forward if I'm going to continue running this 4-1-2-1-2 with Benitez as the pacy finisher (2 goals in 3 games since I've taken over), but I'm not sure if King fits the bill. This embargo is killing me!

Well, that answers my question. I completely missed that. Oh well. Back to the drawing board...

Hahahaha, Marlon King. That would be a great addition to any club. Is his prison sentence reflected in FM2010, I've never noticed.

And so, the season is over.

                                Matches in charge:

I'm extremely pleased to have not only saved the club from relegation, but to have not just done that. 14th is a great position for us to finish. Especially considering this...
