I didn't think it could get better after seeing Arsene's face.

    Then I saw RVP.

This is why Arsenal needs a new goalie.

            From Sky:

Guardiola on Fabregas. The Barca coach says: "Barcelona has made an offer, Arsenal another and we have time until 31 August and we'll try to reach an agreement. There is a sum of money set aside for this signing. We will fight to the end to try to get Cesc because we believe he will improve the team and the squad."

              I call bull****.

The Barcelona manager, Pep Guardiola, has insisted that the Catalan club will do their best to complete the signing of Arsenal's Cesc Fábregas

The real story is starting to finally come out. They don't want him. If they did, they'd drop the cash, now. They've publicly said he's not their first priority and it's also now known they've officially only bid £26 million.

What a slap in the face of the player and club. It's seeming more and more likely he's not going anywhere and unless Barca figure out a way to manage their debt, that goes for next year as well.

Too bad? He's at one of the top clubs in the world, getting paid very well and is loved by thousands and thousands of supporters, or millions.

                  I think he's just fine.

Not only that, but he's been hampered by his thigh injury for so long because of how bothered and frustrated he becomes by not playing. How do you think he would react to not being a regular starter at Barca? His career is still best suited by winning with Arsenal while Xavi's time runs out and moving to Barca later when he will feature each match.

I can't wait until all of this transfer talk is over, I am ready for the new season. I do think we should sell Nasri now if he fails to agree to stay long term, just my opinion.

Barcelona Have 10 Days To Buy Fabregas
Arsenal have given Barcelona until the end of next week to sign their captain Cesc Fábregas

Arsenal want the deal done by August so if it goes through they can reinvest the funds.

I hope they don't call our bluff, because if it's August 1st and they're still offering £30 million or below, they're done.

It seems more and more likely Cesc will be with us next year and Barca will have shown him just how little they truly want him to return.

And Cesc got about as many minutes during the World Cup as Carlos Puyol did injured...

Apparently Arsenal are willing to offer 6 million pounds a year to Nasri. If thats true and he still turns it down, then they must sell. Obviously he has no plans to stay if he turns down that kind of money.
