3-0 at Swansea is quite the result. We haven't taken 3 points off of them since 2013.

Man I love Hector Bellerin!!! That run to track back to deny Gomis in the 20th minute was pure desire and speed and then him running to block the line after Cech had been beating was amazing too (despite the player being offsides).

Do we look vulnerable at times??? No question, but we keep getting results in the league even without 8 senior first team players. Can't tell me 3-0 wins at Swansea and Watford and winning at Palace and Leicester aren't fantastic results given the circumstances... We'll have a rough 2nd half away fixture list with West Ham, Spurs, Everton, Liverpool, City and United to play away from the Emirates after Christmas but our form away from the Emirates has been better than at home in the past 18 months.

Lastly, Ozil has to be an alien... Ridiculous passes and flicks all day. The most impressive thing was for me was him winning an aerial battle, holding the ball up and starting the break late in the game when we were already 3-0 up. Pure class but getting that physical edge too. So nice to hear the British media STFU and actually watch the man play and see what he brings. I don't think he'll ever get the credit he deserves in England

I don't think he ever will get the credit either, because he's not a guy who will go out and get a hat-trick on three amazing strikes. Fantastic passing isn't nearly as flashy as goal-scoring or breaking a defender's ankle with a devastating dribbling move. And that's not even factoring the stupid narrative last season that Ozil was "lazy" and "needs to run around more" when the stats showed he was running more than most players on the pitch.
But, as you said, at least the media are starting to see what Ozil brings to the table.

To be fair, I thought last year Ozil was turning over the ball too much and not hustling back to defend. This year he has been so much more consistent. Right now, I would consider him a MVP candidate, but its still early.

It could be because he had a full preseason, but it is still early. It is great to see the team playing well this early but still got a long way to go. I will say this though if Arsenal can make it through the group stage in the Champions League and make it to February with a fully fit team, they might be surprise some more people in the next round.

Bellerin is out with a minor groin injury, meaning we'll see Debuchy on the right at Bayern.

Also, there are reports that Campbell will sit out the Bayern match ahead of the North London Derby, with Alexis as the AMR and Gibbs as the AML. I am hoping that is not the case, as Gibbs at AML against Bayern equals GULP.

Actually Gibbs at AML would be the logic thing to do against Bayern. You want your most Senior players to participate in this game. Sanchez can help Debuchy on the Right side and you have a nice balance on the left.

Debuchy got absolutely torched. He has looked terrible this season.

He looked like he wasn't able to run at all.

He's certainly leaving in the Summer.

Bellerin + Jenkinson sounds okay to me as of now for RB.
