Nice comeback this morning against West Ham today. The substitutions made the difference. The 1st half was chippy and we really struggled. Merida and Wilshire for me were pretty ineffective. Wilshere is young though, but he gave away the ball a lot and the one chance he had, he didn't make the right decision

Ramsey again played very well and Vela looked decent with his pace and passing.

Vela looked a lot better once Diaby and Nasri came on. As did Eduardo. I'm still not convinced they can do the job if Arshavin goes out though. It was a pretty good showing for both of them the last 15 minutes of the match.

With all the mentioning of how well Ramsey has played, I think people haven't realized just how impressive Diaby has played since coming back from injury. Maybe, just maybe, he is finally showing why Wenger thought highly enough of him to label him the next Patrick Viera.

Diaby has been very good. He's been very solid as an attacking player this season and it's nice to see him do well and stay healthy. Hopefully, he can stay that way

What a difference Diaby and Nasri made in that game. Instantly the offense started to look like an Arsenal offense.

And I know I have said this many times before, but I cannot say it enough. I love Ramsey. I also loved him jumping into the supporters after his goal, with everyone going nuts.

Wenger better hurry then, Sky is reporting him going to City on loan.

Viera to City? I would highly doubt it. They have so many options at Defensive midfield. Barry, De Jong, Kompany, Zabaleta. Defense will be their top priority I would imagine.

Signing Viera would allow Kompany and Zabaleta to play their natural positions, though.

I suppose, I just personally think the deal would be strange. Man City have millions and millions of pounds at their disposal and they are rumoured to bring in a 33/34 year old in on loan? I just don't buy it.

City haven't actually acted rationally with their spending, though, have they? While I wouldn't like the move if I were a City supporter, I wouldn't put it past the team to make that move.

According to Sky and several other sources youngster Fran Merida has rejected a new deal with the Gunners and signed a 3 year deal with Atletico Madrid today.

It's a 5-year deal now according to skysports. Well, I'm not surprised since he didn't sign the contract, but c'est la vie. I had high hopes for him when he signed as a 16-year-old, but he really hasn't made the impact he could have.

He's very talented, but he didn't make much of an impression in his cameo appearances at the Carling Cup and such. However, he has improved this season for sure.

I wouldn't start him over Ramsey or Wilshere and even if he did stay, he'd constantly be in a fight for first-team football. Hopefully, he does well at Atletico and GL to him

He's one of my prospects in FM 10 so I'll enjoy using him while I can

The club also locked up Rosicky, which will only be a good move if he can stay healthy, and that's a huge if.

The Arsenal/Bolton game was called off today. More fixture congestion is exactly what we need right now.
