re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
Tab Ramos has his U-20 World Cup squad.
I am most excited to see - Sergino Dest, Chris Gloster, Chris Richards, Chris Durkin, Ulysses Llanez and Konrad de la Fuente. Dest and de la Fuente are the only ones I've watched play so far, and both are holding their own/excelling with the current situations. I think Dest is full team worthy, and should be a starter after or for the 2022 World Cup(should we qualify) de la Fuente needs to work on his final ball, but his movement is sublime. He runs the channels at Barcelona with the prowess of world class striker.Support Local Sports

DEFENDERS (9): Cameron Carter-Vickers (Tottenham Hotspur/ENG; 7/0), Omar Gonzalez (Club Atlas/MEX; 49/3), Nick Lima (San Jose Earthquakes; 2/0), Aaron Long (New York Red Bulls; 5/0), Daniel Lovitz (Montreal Impact/CAN; 3/0), Matt Miazga (Chelsea/ENG; 12/1), Tim Ream (Fulham/ENG; 28/1), Antonee Robinson (Everton/ENG; 6/0), Walker Zimmerman (LAFC; 6/2)
MIDFIELDERS (8): Michael Bradley (Toronto FC/CAN; 145/17), Duane Holmes (Derby County/ENG; 0/0), Sebastian Lletget (LA Galaxy; 9/2), Weston McKennie (Schalke/GER; 8/1), Djordje Mihailovic (Chicago Fire; 2/0), Cristian Roldan (Seattle Sounders FC; 9/0), Wil Trapp (Columbus Crew SC; 15/0); Jackson Yueill (San Jose Earthquakes; 0/0)*
FORWARDS (8): Jozy Altidore (Toronto FC/CAN; 110/41), Jonathan Amon (Nordsjælland/DEN; 1/0), Paul Arriola (D.C. United; 19/3), Tyler Boyd (Vitória Guimãres/POR; 0/0), Joe Gyau (Duisburg/GER; 2/0), Jordan Morris (Seattle Sounders FC; 27/5), Josh Sargent (Werder Bremen/GER; 6/2), Gyasi Zardes (Columbus Crew SC; 44/7)
Not making the cut from the combined camp: GKs Guzan and Horvath; DFs Adams, Cannon, Fossey, Garza, Gutman, and Miles Robinson; MFs Nagbe and Pulisic; FWs Baird, Lewis and Ramirez. Looks like Berhalter is using this first friendly to test out some fringe players, as you'll notice some big names left out.Last edited by Bruins; 06-01-2019, 05:29 PM.Comment

re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
U-20 team is getting ready to play France in a little bit.
The group stage for the US was a little bit of everything. Played well vs Ukraine but a few mental mistakes cost them. Dominated vs Nigeria and then a bit of a letdown vs Qatar before Weah bailed them out.
They have some really good kids on there. Obviously Weah but Richards (CB) is a stud. Mendes (MF) has a wicked left foot. Their LB and RW (can’t remember their names) are really good too. Just a lot of pretty good technical kids who look competent with the ball at their feet.
France is just loaded as you would expect.

re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
Hell of a match too. Soto was a Fox in the box and the pass from Weah for his 2nd goal was a peach. Tough afternoon for all of our attackers going up against the man kid giant Zagadou but they fought. We really should have played McKenzie (CB) from the jump. Keita really struggled when he replaced Richards in the group stage when he had to go off for an injury and then got absolutely roasted by Moussa Diaby (kids a stud though).
Ecuador on Saturday with Mendes and Durkin back in midfield. Hopefully we’re not too leggy as we’ve been playing the same 13/14 kids all tourney.
