At this point, since top 4 is out of the question and we will get Europa League no matter what, if Conte continues to use Pedro over Hudson then we will have undeniable proof that Pedro has compromising pictures of Conte.

On Premier League Today (not sure what US networks broadcast this, here in Canada it's on every weekday) yesterday the 2 journalist's on the panel suggested that Hazard, Courtois and several others have written off the rest of the season and are doing the least possible on the pitch to avoid injury before the World Cup. I'm sure they don't want Arsenal to overtake them in 5th so I wouldn't say they have took their foot off the pedal altogether. Plus, they have an FA cup semi-final coming up. Thoughts?

Possible, we're again in "whatever" mode.

Conte is hoping he gets sacked, board is hoping he quits and the players like you said are likely content at 5th and being fresh for the WC.

FA cup win would be good since we haven’t won it in a while, but that’s about it.

As for the players sort of resting for the WC, it’s certainly happened before, not really sure it makes me upset or anything.

I am hoping for some FA Cup silverware as well... I'm sure Conte would like to win this as well as I think he's never won a cup title before in a knock out tournament.

This summer is going to be a bit of a turning point for us.

Some rebuilding to do and likely a new manager coming in. More and more reports coming out that Roman is planning a more active transfer window than our last few.

Also will be interesting to see how we approach the EL, though it's probably pointless to speculate on that kind of stuff when we don't even know who the manager will be.

Never in doubt boys, that game was never in doubt.

Perfect game before our semifinal against them as well, since they will have absolutely zero clue what the hell we are doing and therefore won't be able to adequately prepare.

That 1st half was pretty much the story of our season. A few lapses in concentration on defense lead to opposition goals while our attacks sputter out in/around their box.

Thankfully that beautiful Frenchman and Belgian heart throb showed some fight.

4-3-3 vs Soto next time out Conte?

They should keep those 2 home and just play Mertens or Hazard in that false 9 after they tire of Lukaku’s horrible first touches.

Preferably Mertens unless Hazard does indeed move on to Madrid pastures.
