Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
In the interest of being fair and realistic about Hudson, I think we can probably expect him to be challenging for the Ballon d’Or within the next year and he’s definitely going to be better than Ronaldo.Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
That assist to Pedro was slick. CHO is only 17?? That's nuts. Barkley looked confident too, very unlucky not to score.
But this Jorginho fella...really liked what I sawSEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
Kinsella (well informed when it comes to our academy youngsters) is saying we are about to offer Hudson a new contract and first-team assurances.
With the EL this season and being very light on wingers with no real links to any new winger purchase, Hudson could very well see some pretty reasonable minutes.
I always try not to get TOO excited about youth players since so many of them don't pan out, plus we are Chelsea, but it's hard not to get excited about Hudson. Kid looks like the real deal and we might actually give him the development we waited too long to give RLC.Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
So Barca have reportedly come to an agreement with Bordeaux for Malcolm who was literally getting ready to board a flight for Rome to sign with Roma.
If that's true I'm going to be pretty pissed that not only did we not accept Barca's bid for Willian, but that we also missed out on a potential replacement.

KG, why would we need Malcom when Hudson is going to be the best player in the world?Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
I want us to keep Willian. No way to know how much was actually offered by Barca, if any. Would have been nice to get 40m+ for a 30 year old winger. But like Brav has been saying, the market for wingers is bone dry. I'd be content with Willian at the starting spot.SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
No reliable sources for either Barca or Chelsea reported an actual bid at any point.
There was definitely interest, but I don't think it ever went beyond that stage. If Hudson turns out to be as good as he looks like he could be, we won't need another winger anyway unless Hazard leaves.Comment

He still hasn’t accepted the new offer... lock him up!
His age worries me for the grind of the PL... however, he won’t be starting every game.
If Hazard stays and Willian doesn’t get sold... that puts Musonda and Hudson on bench. Does this mean we can sell Pedro for a cool £8-10m to a mid table Spanish side? [emoji3]

Might as well keep Pedro.
4 wingers for 2 spots and 3 different competitions, we will definitely need Pedro too unless we bring someone else in.Comment

I don't think anyone would have predicted your next signing would be Robert Green. Having a medical now to become your 3rd choice keeper for a season.Comment

Lots of reports of Golovin agreeing to terms with Monaco. Would of liked to have him, but it's not the end of the world. Hopefully that could mean RLC stays with the squad.SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
