Life has been crazy ever since I took my new job last year, and OS MLS thread has paid the price.

But nice to see my Sounders start to finally play some ball (WE'RE NO LONG LAST!). I'll take a 4-0 victory any day. I only wish Lenhart was on the field so that I could see him cry a little.

First MLS game ever attended was the Sounders home game against the Earthquakes Saturday afternoon. Had amazing tickets. Front row, behind the Sounders bench and Drew Carey. Atmosphere was amazing. Definitely would like to go to Portland as well and a Sounders-Timbers match at either venue.

Another story about Beckham exercising an option to own an MLS team now that his playing days are over.

It should be noted that Beckham's team (if and when it happens) won't be the second NY team.

it will be interesting to see what kind of players they will be able to bring to NYC. they should have monster backing from the Sheik and and the lure of playing the the city.

That probably means the games will be on the YES Network (when there isn't a Yankee game on) and I get that channel on my cable system.
