Re: MLS Discussion Thread
They might as well cancel the rest of the MLS playoffs because nothing is going to top Portland-Sporting KC.
Tying goal with six minutes left in regulation. Check
Tying goal with two minutes left in extra time when Portland was struggling just to get possession. Check
Potential game winning penalty hitting one post, going across the goalline, hitting the other post and staying out. Check
Penalties going 11 rounds deep with it being settled by the keepers. Crazy.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
Right, and that's on the Spanish language tier that I (and many others) would never subscribe to.
It was nice that they were streaming games for free, but the English commentary option was several seconds ahead of the picture. And the English language play by play guys Univision uses are just awful.
The fact that this was the only option for non-local fans to watch these matches with English commentary is ****ing amateur hour.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 10-31-2015, 04:17 AM.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
It's interesting that both Montreal and Seattle faded badly in the end of their games. Playing that first round game and three games in 10-11 days really looked like it took its toll.Comment

So much for the Canadian clubs in the MLS playoffs!
Was it too much to ask Vancouver to score at least once in 180 minutes. Apparently it was. It had to be a bitter night there. They`re the only top seed to get eliminated.Comment
