Re: The 2014-15 EPL Discussion Thread

Definitely a bit of luck there, though if the ref had been strict I think both teams could have gone down a man or two. A lot of probably yellow cards let go there. Also Chelsea should definitely have had an extra couple goals during the first half, just not clinical enough, especially Hazard.

        Wow, Swansea!

That was a super awkward goal celebration, haha.

Also I heard Shaw went down too, manchester united isn't going to go anywhere this year if these injuries start piling up.

And what is up with all these players getting hurt during these international games. Lahm and modric are both out for extended period of times too.

                      Prediction for the United/Arsenal game:

Both teams field water boys in half their starting 11 because there is simply no one else that can play.

Arsenal will dominate the entire game, while inventing new and exciting ways to not score against United.

RVP will play roughly 70 seconds of something that actually resembles soccer, and will score an obnoxious goal.

De Gea will have another phenomenal game, but in the last 10 minutes his defense will continue their personal vendetta against their own keeper and commit some form of defensive lapse that would normally only happen in a cartoon.

                      Game ends 1-1

With all these injuries, I am curious who plays. Its like both teams are made of glass.

1 win in our last 5 games vs West Brom, that was a much bigger victory than I think people realize.

This weekend and next weekend are kind of big for us, these are the teams we usually drop points against.

This train ain't stopping right now.

Good win, for sure. I thought Chelsea were 2-2-1 in their last 5 against the Baggies though. At least I thought I read that.

Sadly, that's actually West Brom's record vs Chelsea before today
