Kyle Martino just said that Giroud has a "meaty French forehead." I didn't need to hear that.

Newcastle just find ways to lose to Sunderland at this point...

Fair result between Soton and Liverpool but I don't see Coutinho lasting very long under Klopp.

Either do I! Apart from his winner against Stoke he has done bugger all this season.

The English media has this huge fetish for Rooney and it is pretty weird. It has always been this way but I guess it is sort of a gift and a curse ever since he broke into the league as a teenager.

Going to apologize ahead of time to any neutrals that decide to watch the Liverpool/Chelsea game.

The Manchester derby was two well prepared teams tactically canceling each other out for a 0-0 draw. The Pool/Chelsea game will absolutely not be that.

They're media culture is tabloid on steroids, and Rooney stands out as character...and has enough of a clownish history that they must be waiting for more...

add that to the fact that he is(was) arguably the only world-class attacker England has produced since Gascoigne? Owen?

I have a feeling that missed penalty by Kolarov at the end of the match will find someway to hurt Man City down the line.

Chelsea having their worst first half in the Roman era: 16 goals scored

Title challenging Manchester United: 15 goals scored

Super curious to see what Leon has to say, because people like him are the ones who have always repeated that "boring boring Chelsea" nonsense, and balked at us when we said defense wins you championships.

LVG has literally turned United into Chelsea, I'm actually kind of enjoying this. He's bulldozed Fergie's legacy and turned them into another generic, short passing, possession obsessed, money spending big dog.

He's turned United into everything they have claimed to hate for the last 10 years, and the best part is he has even got United fans to defend it.
