Re: The 2015-2016 EPL Discussion Thread
not to mention the difficulties in building a team with so many new players expected to join right in...
i think, especially in football, some big teams often underestimate how difficult it is to create a "team" out of a bunch of players.
Outside of Rooney and Carrick...everyone in their top 15 have been brought in the past two years, yes?
LVG might take the fall, but it's more a matter of United fans being a little spoiled. Not their fault...their club was spectacular under SAF.Australian Rules Football...just sayin'Comment

Rofl.
I will grudgingly admit that, out of the top teams in England, Arsenal consistently produce/bring through the best youth. Their track record in general is great.
That being said, "Pep was able to incorporate youth at Barcelona , so clearly he'd be able to turn Arsenal youth players into superstars" is a hilarious connection to make.Comment

I'm done laughing at Man U and Van Gaal. It's just sad right now. They can't string 5 passes together at times."If you have a linebacker on him, you might as well start singing their fight song." -- WSU coach Bill Doba on Reggie Bush
My Teams:
NCAA Football: USC Trojans
NCAA Basketball: UNC Tarheels
NFL: Houston Texans
Premier League: Arsenal
NHL: Carolina HurricanesComment

A little bit of both
I was merely reacting to the vibe of this thread that Liverpool were not a good team and that Leicester would wipe the floor with them today.Comment
