Emery was the wrong guy for PSG but he will definitely be an underrated appointment for Arsenal if this ends up being true.

PSG is a big job with big egos and crazy expectations, that was a massive jump from Sevilla.

Arsenal however, I mean it's such a good fit I'm surprised it took this long. Emery excels at getting the best out of a squad of decent/good players on a tight budget, and has a great reputation in Europe too. He's probably the Arsenal board's dream signing tbh. He is a good manager who could probably do a very good job at a club like Arsenal.

As someone who doesn't like Arsenal, I'd much rather them get Arteta.

I think many people are putting too much stock in PSG removing Emery, I think he did fine, I'm not even 100% sure he had any say in signings, at least it didn't always feel like it. I hope he'll do well. I have no /actual/ reason to want Arteta over Emery, other than I obviously remember Arteta in an Arsenal shirt. I'm still excited there's someone new on the touchline.

Pellegrini to West Ham is a good move for them.

Not really excited about Favre going to Dortmund I am not sure if we are going to see them challenging Bayern for a title anytime soon.

If anything this is the best time for them.

Favre is the real deal, his gladbach team was fantastic and this Dortmund side has better players. Also, Bayern have a new manager coming in, who isn't exactly seen as a lightning rod. They've also got players potentially leaving like Lewy and Boateng, as well as players that should be phasing out refusing to do so (Ribery/Robben).

Perfect time for a team like Dortmund or even Leipzig to pounce.

I agree, Favre is legit. He turned that Gladbach team into a contender.

It is true that Bayern isn't as invincible as it was under Pep. We'll see what happens during the transfer window and what Niko Kovac does with the players he has at his disposal. I'd also throw other big money teams like Bayer or Schalke into the ring as potential contenders.

                            Very hard to tell tbh.

The club has seemingly cut off guys like Matt Law from the kind of information they used to feed them, so Law is currently just regurgitating information from other sources. Other guys in the same tier as Law, Ducker, Johnson and Fifield, have all been VERY quiet over the past week.

I think it's not just Enrique or Sarri, I have a feeling that Conte staying is still a possibility, and also that the club has been looking at Jokanovic all season.

Of course, as there always is whenever we re-enter the managerial musical chairs game, light whispers of BR in the background.

All in all, I think only a small handful of people have any kind of clue what's going on, and everyone else is guessing.

Mark Hughes is the official manager of Southampton. Goodbye Saints!
Sarri is apparently headed to Chelsea.

                                4 days without an update?

That must mean Marco Silva is headed to Everton, and that Graham Potter(Ostersunds, for those who didn't watch Arsenal struggle in the Europa League) is the leading candidate for Swansea.

Sarri may or may not be the manager of Chelsea next season, who knows at this point
