Sorry to hear about Mo. RIP.

Hey guys, if you feel so inclined, here is a link where you can contribute to a memorial donation to the Spanish Community Center in Joliet, IL where Mo worked in their immigration services division. Thanks for considering.

The record for most goals in a Premier League season (38 Games) is a 3 way tie with Shearer, Suarez & Cristiano Ronaldo on 31. I wouldn't bet against Salah getting at least 4 more in the last 7 games.

Another record he can strive for between now and and the end of December is goals in a calendar year held by Harry Kane with 39 PL goals.

I didn't realize the record was 31, that's crazy to think 3 players had a great chance at breaking that all this season.

Aguero tends to score in bunches, he’s got a small chance

had suarez took penalties over stevie g he would have gotten the record easily.

i hope salah breaks the record though.

oh and thanks to mourinho who thought salah wasnt good enough for the prem....

I mean, he legitimately wasn't when he was with us.

There were definitely a few players who, even without the power of hindsight, we shouldn't have sold, but Salah was not one of them.

The team of players Mourinho didn't think were good enough is unreal. For being such a good manager, it's amazing the talent he's ruined or didn't realize he had.

Mourinho doesn't develop players. He prefers finished products.

Maybe not anymore, but he definitely helped develop Lampard, Drogba and Terry.

Also, again, Salah a player Jose messed up with.

I'm kind of surprised the current record is only 31 goals. I though it was like 60 or something.

Ah, PL era is 31. Pre that it is 60. By an Everton player non the less.

Ahh lame, that was supposed to say Salah was NOT one of the players Jose messed up with.

But yeah, Salah was legitimately just not good enough and not ready. He wouldn't have become the player he is right now if he stayed at Chelsea.
