    Ha.

There are several teams I would not compare Arsenal’s trophies to—Spurs are not one of them.

“We have a better manager and squad than you” would be such a classic, pathetic Spurs argument. Great, what have they done with them? Oh yeah, finished above us in the league, finally—breathtaking.

Like I said, I’m not going to compare Arsenal’s successes to many teams supported on here, as our recent successes are severely lacking. However, at least there are some to tout, and they’re actual wins of competitive competitions.

Spurs managed to finish above us three out of four years—we won the FA Cup three out of four years...damn, they got us.

Not league finishes below first, not finals, not close calls—actual trophies is what they’re missing and until that ends, they’ll continue on with their small club mentality.

I was disappointed to see it was not a Haland hat trick after seeing the 4-3 score line.

I'd take top 4 finishes over FA Cup/Europa League Thursdays every day of the week. Not trying to diminish your FA Cup titles BUT.....that tournament has lost a lot of it's appeal as it's all about the UCL and that $ mixed in with the Premier League title.

Your history is no doubt better than Spurs and Chelsea's if you go back far enough but the trajectories of both clubs (Spurs & Arsenal's. Chelsea's trajectory depends on what day of the week it is ha) right NOW aren't the same. There isn't a sane person on here that would want Unai over Poch, even with his recent annoying quotes.

If Spurs continue to hold onto their key players and pay the kind of wages that the rest of the Top 5 do we're all worse off.

He missed the last two league games because he was sick, and was on the bench to start this one. Otherwise he might just have done so.

The most volatile approach to club management in England pays off time and time again baby!

Best part is now after completely ignoring our academy for two decades, we get a transfer ban and could very well come out of it with several world class potential youngsters. Which will of course be immediately followed with obnoxious gloating while falsely claiming we’ve always been about the youth.

I mean, during the time they were both managing, Jose won more trophies than SAF.

Only manager I can think of that might come close right now is Pep but I think it’s still Jose.

Just because he’s a bit of a meme right now doesn’t change the fact that he’s one of the greatest managers the game has ever seen.

While I agree with this opinion because he is man sized child clown. Brahv is actually right. He is the second most successful manager in the last 20 or so years. Pep just over took him 2018. After last season Pep now has 28 major trophies/titles, while Jose has 25 major trophies/titles. And then you have Ancelotti in 3rd with 20. This is of course excluding Ferguson who has 49. But that is the current top 4.

I don't want Jose to come back mostly because of how fantastic of a studio pundit he is. Without the pressures of managing he isn't bad at all.

Agreed—he's unbearable to listen to when he's managing, but in the studio he's great.

That looked a penalty on Rashford.

I’m really curious to see where he lands next.

Had Inter taken their chances in the first half yesterday they would have buried Barca. His tactics were right on the money but they just couldn’t get that 2nd goal. Some of the linkup play and interchanges they played were awesome. They got tired 2nd half and then Valverde changed the game when they took off Busquets for Vidal and moved Frankie into that deep role.

That Suarez volley was just class too.
