so like the usual suspects are at for Arsenal again, but I find the more I watch Rob Holding the more he really stands out as someone who is at least trying, just isn't as good as Arsenal need him to be.

You can always understand what Holding is trying to do, what he was thinking, etc, even if it doesn’t come off. Definitely can not say that about the rest of the squad.

Having Mari, a physical defender who relies on his positioning and not pace already on a yellow is...come on.

I mean, the real crazy part is that is that it doesn't feel unwarranted or totally reactionary like it normally would be. It'd help their cause if they wouldn't play like a relegation-threatened side as well. Plus, the team's overall body language is just..... abysmal, everyone looks bereft of confidence, and no one appears to want to stand up and lead the squad out of the doldrums.


It's easy to argue that they have the talent, and I don't know that many people would disagree with that, but at the same time I think everyone in the world should be questioning their utilisation of talent.

If you watched the team each week you’d know it’s not exactly improbable.
