Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
Damn, that two-footed challenge Salah jumped over. The look he gave the referee was something like: “If I didn’t jump, he would’ve two-footed my ankles, and I’d get a penalty but I’d go off on a stretcher...but because I did jump we just get a corner...really? Did you see that challenge?!”Comment

Dropping points to Big Sam and Steve Bruce within one week is unacceptable. Pathetic really.Comment

No urgency whatsoever. You would think we were 1 up and winding the clock down.Comment

I'm becoming concerned United is going to win the league. Somebody talk me down from the bridge before I jump.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
Darlow decided to have the game of his life, and you guys were really unlucky to not score at least 1.
This is just how Bruceball works. 11 men behind the ball for 90 minutes while trying to straight up steal a victory on set pieces.
I wanted Liverpool to win, that's how much I can't stand Steve Bruce.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
I wasn’t watching incredibly closely, but it seemed that Newcastle were more than happy to break on you whenever they could and were prepare to take all three points if they had the chance. Plus, you had a few players on yellows from breaking up those counters.
So, an away point, at that stage wasn’t awful compared to losing all three or a ban.
But I wasn’t paying too much attention.Comment

I mean I don’t think you can really make any leap for anyone in any direction until you get passed the transfer window. I’d love it if we won but I’m not sure we really are there yet anyway.Yankees, Manchester United, Chicago Bears, New York RangersComment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
So it's New Year's Eve. And what a year it was. Liverpool won the league! You know, I figured that the first time I'd see Liverpool win it would be some insane final day theatrics. But nope, you all got SONNED. As is tradition, I wish all you jerks all the best in 2021 and remind everyone that I love/hate you all.
Except Liverpool bros, only love.Comment
