that goal is what cemented my fandom. Was always more of a casual observer of the sport up until that point. Just a tremendous moment.

Similar to the Patriots and Red Sox, it feels OK to like the guys who haven't won it in forever - until they reach an uncomfortable level of consistent winning. It is the way.

I still root for Brady though. Fine Michigan Man.

When I was writing my post I was thinking...

Rooney's bicycle vs City circa 2010/11
Bergkamp's flick to himself vs Newcastle ~early 2000s
Drogba's chest control, turn, left footed shot vs Liverpool in 2005/2006

All incredible goals but none lifted an actual trophy

Was that the one where he rounded the keeper after controlling the long ball over the top?

              That was an incredible goal.

Since we’re still on international break hoping that all of our players who have played 3 matches in a week come back in one piece....

What are your favorite goals you’ve seen your team score in the Prem? No UCL goals (which shouldn’t be a problem for you Gooners [emoji23]).

No, that one was against Newcastle.

Favorite goals? So many good ones to choose from. A couple off the top of my head are Coutinho vs. City and Salah's late goal vs. United - I knew Liverpool would win the league when that happened.

I'm just delighted that 'Premier League history' is being indicated because bias or not, nothing touches Michael Thomas at Anfield in 1989. Aguero's goal doesn't even come close to it in terms of the entire situation.

I don't think Tiote's goal is necessarily remembered as much as the result, and as much as it pains me I feel like I can confidently say that Newcastle 4 — 4 Arsenal is one of the most memorable matches in Premier League history. Not at the top at all, but if you were watching it I'm sure it stuck with you.

Stuck with some of us more than others.

I might be one of the older Liverpool supporters here I think so some of my favorites go quite a way back.

A couple of my faves off the top of my head.

Gary McAllister's 44 yard stoppage winner at Goodison Park 2-3. I can still see Gerard Houiller's expression when it went in.

John Arne Riise's thunderbolt free kick against United. Fabian Barthez had absolutely no chance.

It has been years past now, but one of my favorite Chelsea goals I can remember is the Gus Poyet volley on the opening day against Sunderland I think it was. Assisted by Gianfranco Zola.
