      Miguel Ibarra to Leon

“First of all I want to thank the organization for everything they've done for me, they have opened the doors for me to start my career in the beautiful state of Minnesota,” said Ibarra. “They have worked so hard and that's why the team is where they are now, bigger and stronger than ever. I want to thank Bill and Nick for believing in me and for having faith in the team. I want to thank Manny and Carl for always pushing me. They helped me grow as a player and without their guidance none of this would have been possible.

“I want to thank my teammates, my brothers - they've always pushed me and always helped me get out of my slumps. They pushed me every day at practice and again I wouldn't be where I'm at without them. Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank all of our amazing fans and especially the Dark Clouds. I will never forget the most amazing fans I've ever seen who are so dedicated to the game. I will miss everything about Minnesota, the fans, the organization, the team, the state, the city - not the cold though! Thank you again, Minnesota will always be in my heart. Once a Loon, always a Loon.”

Jackson Martinez is apparently headed to Milan. 35 mil buyout clause.

Been following him at Porto for awhile. Wanted to see him in the PL. Hopefully he has success in Italy.

Memphis Depay is heading to Man U.

Depay, 21, made 124 senior appearances and scored 50 times for PSV after coming through the club's youth system and was the Eredivisie's top scorer.

I love every bit of it after this **** year with a horrible manager with horrible tactics. Seedorf should have been given more time but thats neither her nor there.

Now currently? I'd be giddy if the Zlatan rumors are true. Martinez AND Ibra up front? Yes pls.

How is Berlusconi going to fund the bunga bunga parties now? That's big money for Milan.

Also heard Zlatan might be on his way back. Silly season is here.

He'll be a smash hit in Serie A. With that size and speed??? Yeah he'll bag 20 in the league easily...

Looks like Falcao to Chelsea is gonna happen. Doesn't seem that long ago that he was dominating in La Liga, and now his career is basically over. Fighting for those sub minutes. Crazy how quickly a career can turn around.

True. I guess he deserves credit for realizing it's over. Although I'm sure he'll be hobbling around the MLS in a few years.

Especially when you aren't technically gived to start with. He very much so relied on power and speed, was ridiculous dominant with that play book but clearly lost a step with that knee injury.

There is no way you have seen Falcao play before this season.

His game was never about speed, and he in fact is very technically gifted. He dominated in Portugal and Spain because he has phenomenal positioning and fantastic technical ability to go with his impressive physical strength. He hasn't lost a step because he didn't have much of a step to lose. He very clearly has massive confidence issues, which would be the only worry in taking him because we just got rid of a striker with massive confidence issues.

Falcao with Chelsea is a solid move by Jose. He's technically still in his prime and he's paired with the right coach to get the best out of him. If he can regain his confidence, watch out.
