I see no situation in which Levy sells Toby unless its for over 70m. The contract extension is taking longer than Spurs fans have hoped but Toby is the key that makes the back 3 work so well.

Not all that surprising given his injury, but it looks like Man U will not offer Ibra a new contract.

For selfish reasons, I hope he ends up in MLS. It's been mentioned before, and he'd be an absolute beast at least for a few years. I prefer MLS to go after the younger guys which is starting to be the case more often, but Ibra is one of the exceptions. He'd bring great publicity for the league while dominating on the field. That being said, he'd probably end up in LA. I already don't like the Galaxy, and I doubt I'll care much for LAFC either. Haha

It's been said he wants to stay in England and at the top, but I'm not sure any of the top 5 or 6 clubs feel any different about signing him.

My guess is he either ends up in China for loads of money or MLS.

Didn't he say right before he signed for Man U that he wanted to go to the MLS after his time with them?

He's agent came out last month and said he would be playing in Europe next year, even if United do not resign him.
But agents say a lot of things so who knows.

The Alexis Sanchez rumors take another turn as Marca are now reporting Arsenal are refusing to sell him to anyone, especially City.

                  Re: The Transfer Thread

Arsenal were always going to do whatever they could to prevent Alexis from going to another team in the league.

This is just Marca saying "BREAKING: NOTHING NEW TO REPORT, CHECK BACK AGAIN IN 5 MINUTES"

Arsenal already gifted a rival a title once by selling them a player. If they do it again, I vote to banish them from the league. Let them go play in Ligue 1 or something.

I vote let them keep doing it, we've won 2 titles with Cesc.

                      We'll take one Alexis please.

If Alexis goes (which I think he will), I don't think it'll be to any team in England. I have no doubt the club will sell him, but I do actually believe this time they'll make sure it's out of the country, especially as if there are offers from within England, they'll exist outside, also.

I agree, I really think Bayern is going to be the club he's with next season.

Agreed. The connection to his countryman Vidal makes it seem more likely anyway. I'll hate to see Alexis gone from the PL because he's been one of the best in recent years. Now he'll just be helping Bayern win the Bundesliga by 30 points.

Don't think Bayern really cares about winning the league, they are buying players to win the CL.

True! But they'll still win the league by 30, haha. And Alexis being there will only help both causes.
