West Ham always looks like a 7th-place team. Doesn't work out much though. Lol
Fulham has done about as well as one can expect with the moves they've made and still held onto Cairney, Sessegnon, etc. I don't think a 10-12 finish is out of reach.
The Cottagers must start well though, and the schedule sets up fairly okay for that. They've had dreadful starts the last two seasons and went crazy down the stretch to get into promotion discussion. Here's hoping to a fast start!

My buddy who’s a Palace fan (yeah that sounds just as strange when you type it) said it’s a little misleading. His base is 80k but could reach up to 170k if he hits certain incentives.

I guess for Palace that makes sense actually. Much more so than it did for Liverpool or Arsenal. Since at those clubs he would have been a backup/rotational player. He will be a key man at Palace. But yeah, that is the same thing he wanted from Pool and the Gunners. They both laughed him off.
