Another thing for ya. You may want to run with the big boys on the first line for a bit. Zetterberg, Datsyuk and Franzen on line 1. Later today I will tell you the lines I am using right now. I am 7 - 1 - 2 on the season right now.

Lol, I would change it up if I could, but these games were played quite a long time ago. I am just trying to get the thread up to date, but it is going slowly. I've got about another 10 posts before it is up to date, then I can start taking advice. Thanks for reading, though!

And trading away Draper was VERY difficult as a life-long Wings fanatic, but I felt it needed to be done in the game in order to get some wins.

In another big trade very young in this season, Talon Raiver has made a statement- if you don't help the Red Wings win games, you don't get to stay in Detroit. The Red Wings have dealt some veterans, a youngster, and a draft pick to the Blues for some names that will hopefully bring answers to this struggling team RIGHT NOW. The details are below:

TALON RAIVER ANNOUNCES NEW LINE-UPS AFTER BIG TRADE

Talon Raiver has already announced two different line-ups in this young season, so why not make it a third?! Today, after the near-blockbuster trade (to Red Wing fans, at least) that saw long time veterans Tomas Holmstrom and Chris Osgood dealt away, and last years back-up Ty Conklin, veteran Keith Tkachuk, and young skates David Backes make their way to the motor city. But, Raiver was not done there, as he announced the new line-up, which looks nearly completely different from Opening Day lines. In his defense, this only thing this team has proven this season (besides that their penalty kill is going to be excellent) is that they have not found the correct line combinations. There is offense abound in this club, it just hasn't made its way out of hiding yet. Hopefully, these new lines will be a bit more permanent, meaning that it will breed victories. Without further ado, below is the updated line-ups which will be in place for the road game against the very hot Vancouver Canucks Tuesday night (Canucks are 7-4-0, and expect elite veteran goaltender Roberto Luongo to be between the pipes Tuesday night).
