Maple Leafs Outlast Senators in Overtime
Bozak Nets Game Winner in OT
Tyler Bozak celebrates after scoring one of his two goals on the night.
The Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs went back and forth until overtime was required, where Tyler Bozak lifted the Leafs to a 3-0-0 start to the season.
3:43 into the extra frame, Bozak tipped in a Dion Phaneuf point shot, his second goal of the night, sending the Toronto crowd home happy.
Rookie Brandon Kozun, whose family and friends were in attendance, scored twice in front of the hometown crowd. Jonathan Bernier made 39 saves on 44 shots, and his counterpart, Craig Anderson, stopped 37 out of 43 shots.

Leafs Squeak Past Avs in Shootout
Lupul Nets Shootout Winner, Leafs Remain Unbeaten
The Toronto Maple Leafs managed to keep up their scorching hot start to the season, beating the Colorado Avalanche 5-4 in a shootout.
Joffrey Lupul netted the game winner past Jean-Sebastien Gigure, who made 33 saves on 37 shots.
Colorado, who was also undefeated entering the game, got goals from Steve Downie, Nick Holden, Paul Stastny and P.A. Parenteau, but the Leafs countered all night, with goals from Jay McClement and Dion Phaneuf, in addition to two off the stick of Mason Raymond.
Jonathan Bernier picked up his fourth win of the season, making 29 saves on 33 shots, just enough to give his Maple Leafs the win.
