Re: The Revival - Sabo's Madden 19 Mod
So to set your trait edits for incoming draft classes you'll need to use Amp to export the draft class to a .CSV. From excel you will make all your edits in said file. Then using Amp you will create a new draft class file using the edited .CSV file. Here are the steps for exporting a draft class .CSV file:
1-Open Amp
2-Open any roster file. It doesn't matter which one. I usually just open the Official one.
3-Click "Tools", click "Import/Export CSV"
4-Make sure "Include Field Descriptions" is checked
5-Click "Load Draft Class"
6-Find your draft class file and open(either a generated one that you've exported locally or a downloaded on)
7-Click "Export to CSV", name your file, and save
That it for exporting. Pretty straight forward. Once you open your file I usually will select row 3 and use the filter function. I will then select all and autofit all columns to be able to read the file easier. Now you are set to edit. Here are where your traits are found and what the numbers mean:
Throw Ball Away=TRTS=Column "CS" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Sense Pressure=TRSP=Column "CO" (0=Paranoid, 1=Trigger Happy, 2=Ideal, 3=Balanced, 4=Oblivious)
Force Passes=TRFP=Column "CH" (0=Conservative, 1=Balanced, 2=Ideal)
Throw Tight Spiral=TRTS=Column "CT" (0=No, 1=Yes)
QB Tendency=QTEN=Column "CU" (0=Pocket, 1=Balanced, 2=Scrambler)
Poss Catch=TRCT=Column "BX" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Agg Catch=TRJR=Column "CJ" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Rac Catch=TRWU=Column "CV" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Covers Ball=TRCB=Column "BZ" (0=Never, 1=Medium Hits, 2=Big Hits, 3=All Hits, 4=Always)
Fights for Yards=TRFY=Column "CG" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Sideline Catches=TRSC=Column "CF" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Drops Open Passes=TRDO=Column "CE" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Big Hitter=TRBH=Column "BW" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Strips Ball=TRSB-Column "CQ" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Clutch=TRCL=Column "BY" (0=No, 1=Yes)
High Motor=TRHM=Column "CI" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Penalty=TRIC=Column "CK" (0=No, 1=Yes)
DL Spin Move=TRDS=Column "CC" (0=No, 1=Yes)
DL Swim Move=TRSW=Column "CD" (0=No, 1=Yes)
Play Ball=TRPB=Column "CL" (0=Conservative, 1=Balanced, 2=Aggressive)
Once done making edits save your file. It will ask if you are sure you want to save in .CSV because you'll lose some features blah, blah, blah. Say yes and make sure you've saved as a .CSV file. Here are the steps to bring it back into a draft class:
1-From Amp click "Create Draft Class from CSV"
2-Select your edited CSV file
3-Save your new draft class with a file name
If everything worked correctly go back into Madden and load the draft class in your CFM. That's it. Pretty straight forward.
If you have any questions just let me know and I'd be happy to help more.
