You are correct. M15 is geared toward the current NFL as a passing league. There is no reality in the sim mode when trying to replicate historical teams and seasons.

There are only 2 options:

1) just use Play Now and try to replicate how your human controlled team would play during the game. But you still have to give up on the CPU play calling.

2) run the season and just live with the inflated numbers it produces.

Not good choices on either level. I have a feeling M16 will be the same...the game is just not sophisticated enough from a sim standpoint to rely on player ratings and to offer up AI and play calling that reflect tendencies. I hope they address that for M16 but I do not have a lot of confidence.

I just play a season and live with the inflated stats. Even with that the historic rosters are great to play with. Keep them coming!!! I just don't understand the point of tendencies etc... if they have no impact on game play/play calling??? Don't even put them in the game.
