I would say go with Apathy's rosters!!!
Omega will charge you $5 to have access to his "season long" updates, then quit doing them in October.....he's done the this the last two years

Haven't played Madden in a while and decided to see how these All Decades 90's rosters would play.

I have the NFC East fully rated and complete, but I will be binging the full rosters over to Madden 23 if EA provides us with a good game.

Having said that I don't think anyone else has ever used this setup for a classic roster file. Yes, we got specific seasons from a decade and a few All-Time files, but I thought how amazing it would be if we could have All Decade teams that give you the best players from a specific decade.

Well, these rosters will give us the opportunity to finally do that for XBOX NG.

I didn't get to set any specific playbooks but in this game the Giants 90's All Decade team defeated the Eagles 90's All Decade team 23-20.

Matt Bahr connected on 5 FG's including the game winner from 17 Yd's out with 0:11 seconds left in the 4th QTR.

Tiki Barber was a workhorse going for 109 yards on 24 carries. His longest run was just 14 yards. But it was good to see the Giants still stay consistent in running the ball.

Although LT and Strahan didn't get many sacks they constantly kept pressure on Randall throughout the game forcing several off target throws under pressure.

Phill Simms despite throwing 3 picks did manage to hit Mike Sherrard on a beautiful 61 yard TD pass in the 3RD Qtr. Eagles FS Brian Dawkins was a step too late from preventing the catch.

The stats I posted for that Classic roster game was from CPU vs CPU gameplay

I use Pro Level sliders for both gameplay styles (Human vs CPU or CPU vs CPU)

Do to a few request I decided to upload a Demo version of these rosters.

The file will include only the NFC East Teams fully rated and completed. (File Name is NFCEAST90SDECADE

The entire file will be done for Madden 23.

This demo will give you an idea of how the rosters will look and how the ratings are spread out for each team.

The All decade teams will have no duplicate players as I mentioned at the start of the thread. So for Example Deion will only be on the Cowboys and Randall will only be on the Eagles.

No Reggie White on the Eagles. He was/will be assigned to the Packers All Decade team come Madden 23.

Madden 23 is right around the corner but for those still playing 22 on XBOX these should provide some fun games.

Can't wait to get these in Madden 23 after watching Dallas.

Cowboys set the tone early on the opening drive of this game marching 77 yards on 11 plays that was capped off by Aikman hitting Novacek for 17 Yd TD pass.

Novacek ended up with 2 TD's on the day.

The Cowboys OL led by Larry Allen (99 overall), Erik Williams (91), Nate Newton (91), Mark Tuinie (88) & Mark Stepnoski (85) dominated up front as they should paving the way for Emmitt Smith to rush for close to 150 yards on 30 attempts.

Allen & Williams man the right side of the Cowboys OL and they just bulldozed the Redskins all game.

Cowboys' defense seemed to shutdown everything including Stephen Davis. His running lanes would open but the Cowboys speedy LB's closed in a hurry.

Deion Sanders pretty much went unchallenged in this game. I think Rypien might have thrown like 3 passes in his direction as the primary defender.

Charles Haley could be seen using a variety of Finesse Moves in this game to get by Jim Lachey for 2 sacks.

Despite the blowout Redskins LB Wilber Marshall who is a highly rated coverage LB showed his versatility in this game racking up an incredible 18 tackles along with a pick 6.

CPU vs CPU Gameplay

These are the 2003 Rosters from Madden 21.

These will hopefully be completed and uploaded in Madden 23. I really love the player movement in Madden 21.

The Cowboys rushed for 212 yards as a team. Quincy Carter was very conservative all game, but he did connect on a beautiful play action pass to Dan Campbell early in the 2nd QTR for 76 yards to give Dallas a 7-0 lead.

2nd year CB Derek Ross had 2 INT's including a pick 6 and Pro Bowl DT La'Roi Glover registered 3 sacks working against rookie LG Derrick Dockery most of the game.

I assigned Cowboys LT Flozell Adams the undisciplined Trait and sure enough he got called for 2 False Starts in this game along with 2 holding penalties.

Champ Bailey is rated 98 overall and has the Shutdown XFactor and it really showed on the field. Lavar Arrington had 1 of the 3 sacks in the game by the Redskins defense.

Not sure why EA refuses to do this for their stock rosters in order to get more penalties in the game.
