Interceptions are there but 9 is excessive, I have not seen that many.

Roughing the Passer is a 15-yard Penalty with an auto First down, so it's a serious issue, which is raising the scores even with the Turn-Overs.

I'm trying to do a workaround here, to get more penalties, that's all, I can't fix the game.
