I don't think Sacks are triggering TFL 100% but I'm keeping an eye on it.
Not Slider related
You gotta watch the games and see how the AI is bringing about the Sacks.
Not unless most are happening at the line of scrimmage, sounds and looks like a bug. (CPU vs CPU)

So when I sim without watching the game I sacks do not register as TFLs, however when I wAtch cpu. Vs cpu sacks (with the exception of strip sacks) do register as tfls.

If you Sim without watching, the sliders are not being used by the game.

I'm Watching all the games and as per my screenshots, Sacks and TFL are not matching up. I'm seeing TFL, just not with most sacks, which I believe are behind the line of scrimmage.

I just watched a game and witnessed a Sack behind the line of scrimmage and it did not register as a TFL.

It's a bug or oversight that needs to be fixed by EA, I missed it also

They will if it becomes a known issue, post the bug on the Madden 23 Forum. It’s all about the numbers.
