Pro Default Sliders

Increased user pass reaction to 11 and ai to 13. Lowered int to 30 for ai as well. Didn't bother user int.

I think raising the reaction may help the defenders not be as flat footed. And lowering the int's shouldn't take away turn overs for the ai.

I'll try and upload them today...I dont know why after almost a year I didn't think to do this sooner. Currently at work but when I put them up I'll put the file name up in here for sure!
