Madden 23 Franchise Glitches- Tests, Workarounds ETC

Just a quick question.
If i play a franchise offline..with one team..no edited draft classes..only generated..will i still have the draft glitch and the other problems in franchise?

Draft glitch is completely random, and seems to plague online cfm's as they are saved to EA's server. I personally never experienced a draft glitch offline in-game in 6 straight seasons.

However, with that said you will at some random point experience the save corruption. It's a double edged sword

I am currently slow testing an online chise with coach firing on, and not using custom draft classes. I'm just going through my normal play through to see how it goes. I did after 20+ hours on my chise FINALLY experience a disconnect. Was randomly when hiring a new OC, and DC. Was fine afterwards.

Although there has not been a recent patch to test this month, I thought it might be a good idea to test the game stability with 32 team control offline, as I am about to start my long term franchise now I've got my sliders sorted. As I have been also roster editing I wanted to test that as well.

So I created a new franchise, importing an edited roster. Immediately set up 32 team control. Turned coach firing to OFF.

I then edited some QB's. Did not download any custom draft files. Went off and simmed for 10 years. Simmed the season and then played the Superbowl in real time. Exited. No issues.

Then ran it for another 10 years. Again played the Superbowl. Again no issues once exiting the game.

Jumped to the 2044 Draft. Did the 1st round, then simmed the rest. Then ran the game to the 2045 Superbowl. Edited a rookie, including name change. Played the SB, again no problems on exit.

So as tested before and to confirm, I think the game is stable, if one:
a) set up immediately 32 team control on starting new franchise
b) turn off coach firing completely
c) do not use any custom draft files

Week 10 start, online CFM.

After my first game I had 4 disconnects.

I give EA and Madden a lot of leeway, but I'm really getting fed up with M23 and their inability to fix these franchise issues.

With the patch tomorrow, I will update the first post as soon as there is consensus about if said fixes work. I know the main highlight is the draft glitch, but im hoping for a save corruption fix as well...but I won't hold my breath. I will also add a confirmed work around for offline franchises and the process for how to avoid the save corruption. British Bronco was kind enough above to do some extensive testing, and I want everyone to be able to see it, versus digging through over 100 replies. Awesome work, it's very much appreciated.

I will also be adding some info on disconnects. Why? Cause I have played online chise for over 20 hours and have experienced 1 disconnect, where others are disconnected constantly. I'm curious on:

-provider
-speed
-what kind of modem you are using
-wireless/wired connection

So if you are having disconnect issues, please feel free to reply with said info and im finally gonna use my college degree in IT and see if I can narrow some stuff down. No promises lol

Game crashes and kicks me out of the game.

Offline
32 team control (some with created coaches)
At some point during a game (Year 2, Week 1 - Colts vs Steelers) it will crash and send me back to the xbox screen. It will then prompt me to reenter the game but will eventually crash again.

Need more info on the created coaches. Did you make them, or did you fire/hire?

I created them. I did about 4-5 different created coaches for other teams and those games can finish. It's only when I play a game with the Colts that it won't let me finish a single game with them in Year 2. All the other teams work fine.

I also used custom draft classes after year 1.
