I am finally get picks under control. Lots of check downs and throwaways. Nice comeback to take the division.

I currently have a CFM with the Washington Redskins currently 3-1. Playing well right now hopefully I can take the division from the Eagles who routed me in Week 1 and they are leading the division at 3-1.

Thanks, and check downs are essential for me. Ray Rice has a tin if receptions but maybe a 5 yard rec avg.

Unfortunately I lost in OT 27-24. Great game. Patriots beat the Panthers 42-13 to win the SB.

Couple big names to retire:
Mike Vick
Richard Seymour
Charles Woodson
Reggie Wayne

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Started one up with the chiefs after finalizing my sliders.

Beat the jaguars 20-3 to start the season

Ended up beating Dallas in a tough game 35-24

And then I headed to Philly where I could not stop the potent offense of shady McCoy ended up losing 55-42.

Traded away Alex smith to the titans for a draft pick obviously being a mizzou guy chase Daniel is starting hasn't done bad for his first year starting.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

I just started one as the HC of the Bears Marc Trestman with week 16 updated rosters I traded away Tillman, Peppers, Briggs, Jennings ( All which broke my heart as a life long Bears fan) and Jay Ratliff. Due to thw fact how bad our defense was and how old andexpensive all those guys are. Even thoughJenningn. wasnt old i knew i could get something good for him and he was on a one year contract so why not if ima blow up my defense might as well blow up the whole damn thing lol. I also released Adam Podlesh and signed some 24year old because our P WAS GARBAGE.

All my trades were for draft picks not by my game so i cant say exact trades will put on here later tho.
Peppers to the Jaguars for their 2014 2nd rounder
Tillman to the jets for their 2014 2nd Rounder
Briggs to the Falcons for their 2015 2nd Rounder
Jennings to the Buccaneers for their 2015 2nd Rounder
Jay Ratliff to some team i forget who for a 2014 3rd Rounder

Lmao i got a shyt load of picks now that im looking at them wish this coulf happen to the Bears in rl.

But the way i see it is why suck with old vets on defense when i can suck eith young developing players so now my defensive starters looks like this

MLB DJ Williams Vet with 1yr Deal
WLB J.Bostic Rookie
SLB James Anderson Vet with 1 yr deal
LE Shea McClellan Getting Released at end of the season prolly
DT Henry Melton will get re signed
DT Stephen Paea Like him as starter may draft some1 else though
RE Corey Wooton Like Him may get drafted a Replacement tho
CB Isaih Frey 2nd year player like him
CB Zach Bowman Will draft someone to replace
CB Dj Moore like him as Nickel Guy
FS Conte hate him but will keep until 2015 then replace
SS Wright Gabage but will keep until 2015 then replace

There is only 1 starter on my defense who i can guarantee will be a starter after the 2014 draft or on this team for that matter and that is Henry Melton everyone else is replaceable.

I didnt make any changes the offense because they are good.

We started out 3-0 with the best offense in the league and i think like 15th ranked defense idk i will post stats when i get off work.

Defense has been decent surprisingly even though adrian petersln broke the record for rushing yards in a game on us with 340+ yds will get exact details later but we still won the game by a blowout our Offense is just to good

We had our first loss in week 4 against the Lions. and thats where i left will update with seasonstats and due game by game updatess from here on out when i get home.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Just won the Super Bowl in my second season with the Colts. I was down by 14 with 5 mins to go and pulled off the comeback. The cowboys were up 7 with about 3 minutes to go and Romo through a pick (typical Romo). I scored a TD soon after, got the ball back and kicked the game winning FG as time expired.

Do you guys practice every week in CFM? I ask because I heard that the CPU does not practice so if I do it may give me an unfair advantage.
