There use to be bunch of NYC stores selling a week early as each year goes by it's hArder and harder to get it ! I know of one store in NYC maybe Saturday pm me for details

All the small stores in Columbus OH are saying that they only get shipment on 26th. Sooo there's that lol.

There's a place online I found that is selling it for 59.99 plus 10% OFF coupon, but there is no release date stated, or delivery estimation. . . Its for XBOX ONE and I went through most of the checkout, and still didn't see anything about delivery, over-night, or estimated shipping date.
