For what it is worth I was seeing this playing on all pro with my tackling at 50 and I think the last few games with it at 55 I am still seeing the CPU doing this to much.

I'm playing on AP with sliders and have seen this happen 2-3 times a game. Playing as the Patriots, I've seen quarterbacks (can't remember who I played against) shrug off Chandler Jones. Even It even happened to Vince Wilfork a couple of times.

There was one games I played where the quarterback broke out of a Chandler Jones sack only to be met by Wikfork. This happened at least 3 times during the game and Wikfork had 3 sacks as a result.
