Let's just hope that one of the top suggestions they worked on was the ability to edit players without having to control all teams.

I just want to say that I love the attitude Kolbe and Rex have. Guys like that give me hope Madden will get better each year, they seem to genuinely care about the game and its players.

Definitely agree. The interview with Kolbe was awesome. I am fully satisfied that he's part of the team now. It sounds like they do have a focus on Operation Sports which is awesome. To have the opportunity to be part of the voice that can push Madden towards what the bulk of this site want is pretty incredible.

Let's just hope implementation is solid with all the changes this year!

I thought the key phrase with Kolbe and it's been used a few thousand times around here, we need to develop the game for the sim folks, but need to keep in mind we need to also make it for the 12 year old.

He's talking my lingo when he brings up Sports Talk Football with those 4 inch round disk. lol

When Kolbe said if you think scouting is easier try drafting in an online franchise with 31 other people I cringed. Fact of the matter is myself and I'm sure a lot of others play cfm vs the cpu not in big online leagues, does that mean screw us bc we aren't the demographic? Does it scouting will in fact be too easy in a single player cfm?

No it doesn't mean that, stay positive, good things are coming for CFM for offline too.

I have little to no doubt that they will make the game better each year, they have some really awesome things this year and for the years to come. This is the tip of the iceberg for CFM, barely even scratching the surface with M16. I think people will feel about CFM in the near future, the way people are about gameplay this year. I also think people will really appreciate what they are doing this year a lot more once they have the game in front of them and can experience the visual depth chart, player cards, new scouting, fixes to confidence and regression, free practice, and just how smooth and user friendly the ui in CFM is now.
