600 New Plays Added to Madden 16

Fake FG and punt plays are nice and all but if it tells your opponent as soon as you pick a fake that its a fake then what good is it? I really hope they addressed that this year.

Actually, in real life, if you have a screen called and the defense looks ready to counter it, the quarterback checks out of it (which isn't much different than calling a hot route) so you aren't quite correct.

Not to be a buzz kill. But as someone who has always felt that there were too many plays & routes that were either overly successful, or doomed to fail, I always cringe when they decide to jam even more plays in the game.

Yeah they audible not hot route the play and keep the pulling OL. What makes the drag screen so effective is due to all the OL being down field and creating a wall of blockers, which is illegal irl.

Very fair point. I've never hot routed on a screen and didn't think of that exploit.

Thus EA/Tiburon essentially removed an NFL illegal play..Sounds good to me, I support it..

The issue is that there are too many kids, and yes, i am assuming kids, that do nothing but find ways to exploit games; they are the problem, and I support whatever a game company does to close off exploits..

I guess the screen pass doesn't bother me so much then, but removing the hot route from any plays with a WR in motion I'm still firmly against.
