You switch off and then player lock onto another player and that initializes the scrambling tendencies.. Yes

Is the coach(auto-pass) mode even in CFM now? I can't find any option for it.

Last year it was in the main menu of the game before you start a franchise. Not sure about this year. Don't have it yet.

If its like past years, you have to have it on in the main menu settings on the front page.

Franchise SIM is dead. Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism.

Just have fun and play :)

Coach Mode '16?
Picked up '16 on my way home from work. Only played 3/4 of a game thus far. CAR (me) Up 34-7 at home on PIT. I'm on default All-Pro, slow game speed, 15 min quarters with 11 sec run off. The human running game is nice and the WR/DB interaction is nice as well. QBs do scramble if you use the player lock trick! Cam had 3 for 11 yards before I shut the game off. Stewart was ripping PIT a new one on the ground but our D was stuffing Bell. Cam was VERY efficient throwing the ball tossing for 3 TDs. It's was only the 1st game so I'm sure that once the difficulty takes hold it'll tighten up. Really nice looking game though.

Ok playing my coach mode (testing settings) and RGIII scrambles for me. This is not doing anything extra like switching off him etc...
And I do mean runs past LOS BTW
