Toss plays being effective, and the physics on the gang tackles. Body parts bend realistically when an extra defender dives on the pile.

Re: Madden 16 Little Things Thread

This is my first Madden on PS4, so I really don't know if it's a new thing or not, but during replays you can see the helmets move around on the players' heads... Especially when they push each other around in the trenches! I haven't been this pumped about a football game since 2K5.

I just like that you can now properly utilize goalline fades and tall receivers in the redzone. It's satisfying to watch Gronk or Gates catch a jump ball in the endzone and plant both feet before being pushing out of bounds, some of the animations really show some purpose in their actions.

What quarter length is everyone playing on? I have to get my tackles on D.

Haven't thought of having to touch any sliders yet either. It's great.

Re: Madden 16 Little Things Thread

I had an illegal touching penalty when my Wr slid to catch. His feet went out before ball got there and they penalize me. Smartest Madden penalty ever.

This is the best addition for me. The fact that tall receivers are an asset is great. A tall receiver with good jumping but only average speed is still an asset. In past Maddens it was all about speed. Some of the animations on fade routes are just awesome.
