I'm playing offline, reinstalling the game atm. Fresh slate. I plan on keeping the progression the same as it will be fair all around.

Interested to see what people come up with, i agree 300 now may be too much seeing it in action. I have corners at 250 and everything else around 200. Interested to see what others come up with

We simmed a season on 300 and found a top player would earn about 16k XP, 6 guys 10-14k, the rest of the starters 6-10k for a season for a team that made the playoffs. . A Non playoff team was about 2-4K lower.. We lowered it to 250 and it seemed like a more reasonable number. Coach XP improved also so you could accruals make a few purchases over a few seasons. Google PowerSweep Madden league to join as one of three open NFL style sim teams in the league. Thx!

It only works for online franchises started after this past Tuesday. The box is grayed out for all other modes.

It's by design, obviously - this was mentioned in the patch notes.

My mistake. It went live on the 18th, the day after the patch. Not immediately when the patch came out. The first time I saw the box selectable was around noon on the 18th.

If you start another online franchise now it'll work.
