i love that carousel idea.

i'd predict more financial tools as far as contracts. Team AI as far as contender, buying, selling and rebuilding(Ala 2k). with that, teams more correctly identifying their needs. who to let go and who to shop for in Free Agency.

I'm going to remain skeptical at least on a CFM front until I see it. If the CFM blog comes out and starts talking about things like position coaches/coordinators, 90-man rosters, 500 player draft classes, RFA's, and things like that then I'll be buying the first ticket on the hype train but until then I have to remain skeptical. The gameplay team is great though, I can't knock anything they've done or the path they're taking and they're doing a phenomenal job.

Natural progression that isn't tied to XP. I loved the idea of XP a year ago but look how FIFA does it- based on performance. It works excellent in those games and I think it should be switched to Madden as well.

Not a Fifa player could you elaborate on how performance ties to xp? In madden they give you XP for hitting certain milestones during the season.

Off. & Def coordinators that have an impact on the players on each side of the ball

Better AI roster management

Formation subs

In game ticker

Improved sim engine

Ability to edit every players equipment without having to make another Owner/Coach

Weekly wrap up/post season show

Commentary remembering what happens the year before ex: award winners, super bowl champs, pro bowl

Full Player Editing
Improved AI when it comes to team building
Customizable Progression/Regression by player
League sliders for things like signing Free Agents, Injury Rate, Player Progression/Regression rates, etc.)
Live In-Game Ticker
Player Morale (with the ability to manually reset for HUM and CPU teams)
Position Battles
Coaching Carousel/Coordinators/Improved Create-A-Coach
Coach Ambitions (money, location, coaching a winner, etc.)
The ability for players to "learn" playbooks (based on coach and player awareness or something like that)
A better Injury System with things like nagging injuries
Manual Injury System
Improved Scouting System
Better Draft Info (see NBA 2K where they actually have text about previous drafts and such during the draft)
An option to choose weather
An option to choose the CPU's Uniform
A revamped super sim mode
Improved Franchise Website

And last, but not least Mid-Game save points for online franchise games.

What it should be:
Practice Squads
Expanded coaching staffs (at least OC, DC, and STC)
Coach carousel
Formation subs and custom packages
Tiered injury system (probable, questionable, doubtful)
Special teams depth chart
Actual game ticker at bottom of screen during games
Hidden development and rookie ratings until end of rookie preseason.
Training camp and offseason workouts actually represented (let us game prep during that time at least!)
Ability to fully edit draft classes, players, and coaches
Detailed contracts (front load, back load, stat based incentives, extensions and pay cuts)
Player morale and attitudes (the QB I just benched should be upset and want to move teams, vet like Fitzpatrick has a good season and feels he's getting lowballed and does not return to the team)
Position battles
Re-done simulation engine
32-team control at press of a button
Allow for CPUvCPU/watch any game during the season

What it will be:
