The thing I failed to explain, was I play on 15 minute quarters. There have been times when I played the whole game and just didn't like a certain suction or warp that literally happened once that game, so I edit it. I am never satisfied but I know a lot of what madden has done has helped my edits out. Before I turned carrying low and catching very low to create physic based catches. Now I dont have to. I also messed with tackling to an extreme, now it seems I dont have to mess with it as much

This I agree with you in some cases like wr and cb's with man defense in mind as that's been awful in years past. I do think some ratings need to be adjusted that translate to madden and gameplay to even the playing field. I however like the stats or data backing other different ratings such as speed or qb short, medium, or deep throw accuracy.

I admit I shouldn't of posted this so early I should of waited untill the first week. But I do know they will have to be spread because of the obligation the NFL has to not tarnish players reputation even though I may increase the star vs scrub differential

I have videos from 16 that show what it looks like when players have my agility/acceleration rating. I hadn't integrated the speed till later because I was studying the threshold during that time. I earned if you put it on fast with a high threshold, but have the players speed attributes lowered, you get free flowing animation yet realistic movements. The fast speed eliminates that slow abrupt feeling with animations

It makes zero sense at all, unless the game mechanics are designed for the use of the whole scale. Which, its pretty safe to say, they are not.

Thus, working within the provided ranges by position and just stretching it out selectively makes sense if you plan to waste time on everyone's ratings (which IS a waste if you play franchise as the draft classes won't match up).
