I made a Pats Coach then entered franchise
Clicked R3
Went to Characters
Selected John Gruden
then now I could control both Raiders and Pats
continued like that 4 more times
then you can edit there rosters and such.

Both in Coach Mode. I can try Owner Mode later on I will let ya know what happens. But at least Full 32 team Roster Control is possible

The minimum threshold slider adjusts the speed of the fastest and the slowest players. If you put the slider lower, it makes the fast players faster and the slow players slower. If you put the slider higher, it makes the fast players slower and the slow players faster. It basically changes the speed difference of the players.
