Played my first game online:

Using a good kicker (Walsh of MIN) I connected on 4/4 FG's including 55 & 56. I was 2/2 on XP. I prefer this method and can't wait until I miss some kicks. I'll probably lower the KAC slider offline.

So far i haven't experienced any lag while kicking field goals online. The couple I've missed were my fault.

Kicking has been very fun so far. No issues online at all.

Yep I love the new kicking this year. I missed more PAT's in the first week than the last 20 maddens combined! It's all good though, it was my fault for not concentrating to make the kick as my brain is so trained to kicking just being automatic in past maddens.

Online kicking the lag is unbearable. I'm good offline, but online it just doesn't work. They said that they'd be doing the meter client-side and transmitting the result but that is absolutely not happening.

And this is the problem, I have good games and bad ones, and I'm sure it is due to lag between myself and the other user. If you get a great connection and there is no lag in the game, then kicking isn't an issue at all, but it is when you get even small amounts of lag it must makes it a lesson in futility.

Improve your internet. I've played manyyy online games absolutely zero lag. You seem to be forgetting the meter is user side. Not ran online, the lag is coming from you if you have any.

If the kicking meter is user side how can there be any lag or dependency on internet connection for kicking?
