Any news on QB pocket movement/scrambling?

I'm on record saying I've seen mobile WB take off or leave the pocket to pass. It didn't happen enough but it would happen most games I faced one of those guys.

The biggest issue I have is poor QB playing like good QB and when a QB is flushed out of he pocket, he does throw it away when he's obviously gonna get sacked. For a while they did but then it disappeared.
