Read my post again. I said they don't allow filming on the floor at E3. That video from IGN isn't on the floor.

EA is doing all the things Wilson mentioned.....just not with Madden or FIFA. UFC, Live and NHL all have betas and all release gameplay footage early. I wonder why.

It could be because their metrics show that madden and FIFA need that kind of promotion.

It could be that they are only "players first" when it comes to games that don't sell as well.

Khalib brings up a good point, it was such simplier in the good ole days to purchase the upcoming game. Go read a preview of the game in Game Informer and the next month purchase the game and play the game as is with no patches.

Technology and times have changed and perhaps it's the way the game used to play for me, I didn't see any previews back then, do I really need to see them now? It's nice to see them and like Adem said above, it will be nice to complain about something else.lol

Longshot trailer was a joke and that shows absolutely no gameplay.
You would of thought that how the game looks graphically ,they would of shown it on stage to ign or gamestop.

Once again . It is proven that they showed gameplay footage back in the day. Which clearly proves they approve of marketing the game that way. We also know from multiple sources that gameplay was captured.

Here we are almost 2 weaks removed and no one has uploaded what they captured. Is there an embargo that we don't know of?

Apparently marketing have decided that this year the gameplay is going to come out through the game changers who are going to get to record it properly. Apparently they think that's the best way for the fans
