Re: Madden 18 Q & A Thread

Question about Online CFM Scouting:

As I recall, in Madden 17, when scouting started during the season, any players who were projected as 'undrafted' would disappear after the first week and be replaced by another group of 'undrafted' players. This meant that there was no reason to ever scout an undrafted player until well into the season.

In Madden 18, I've noticed that there are now times when a couple of 'undrafted' players will stay in the scouting pool beyond the first week of scouting, and the remaining 'undrafted' players are now new to the group.

Has anyone else seen this? I wonder if this is just a fluke, or perhaps a 'tell' where these players should end up scouting well and be worthy of a late round pick.

Re: Madden 18 Q & A Thread

Patrick Ricard is a defensive lineman and also likely to be the Baltimore Ravens starting FB, a true two way player. Is there anyway EA can make this happen properly in the game, because the online league I'm in starts as soon as the patch and roster update comes out, and I'm hoping to be able to utilize him fully?

Re: Madden 18 Q & A Thread

Does anyone know how QB awareness rating affects user-controlled QBs?

Re: Madden 18 Q & A Thread

Quick question about coverages adjustments: can they be combined? For example I'm playing 2 man under can I set all my Dbs to shade inside while having my 2 deep safeties shade outside?

Like wise can we combine inside/outside with underneath/over top?

Re: Madden 18 Q & A Thread

Why are WR's stats not tracked based on TARGETS vs RECEPTIONS (Drops) on a Season by Season basis?

I have a decision to make in my CFM on a 25 yr old WR who's in his contract year and i want to see what his targets vs receptions stats are so I can make a GM-like decision on whether to bring this guy back, trade him, or release him at the end of the year.

Just Receptions, Yards, TD's and RAC doesn't tell me much. Maybe RAC but what if he's a Possession WR. RAC doesn't mean much.
