Relocation: Who and Where?

Personally, I wouldn't do Brooklyn. That not only makes 4 teams in NY (I know I know, "Jets and Giants play in NJ," it's like 6 miles away, that doesn't count lol) but it makes 3 teams for literally NYC. I'm surprised it's even an option, it sounds entirely unrealistic and you know both the Jets and Giants would block any team moving there in real life.

I'd say Columbus sounds most reasonable. Maybe Orlando, but Columbus is closer to other NFC East teams (except Dallas, but they're way out of it geographically and always have been).

Personally, I'd also avoid the "double move" that's been mentioned. Moving once to get a name/uniforms then again to get the location you want. It limits commentary, but also puts you massively in debt as an owner. That makes it almost impossible to maintain a franchise. I haven't moved a team since like 2005 but it was a huge financial debt to do it, so unless it's been enormously reworked, it's gonna cost you BIG time.

I am all for Raiders to Vegas, makes sense after all. I don't know how you would replace the Texans with Oilers...move the Texans but stay in Houston?

If any of you play this on PC, it is looking more and more likely that you won’t have to go through the relocation process in. Game and be able to do it on your own with mods.

To me, Id look to move Washington to Toronto. The jersey with the tad of yellow on the sleeves is the best looking jersey in the game to me.(Huskies team name)

Makes sense. I was wondering how one could do that. It's a bit obnoxious, but makes sense. Probably would bug the game up a bit too...imagine your fan base pissed and not going to games (like it says will happen the year you decide to move), when in reality you're moving 5 blocks down the street

I'm honestly surprised it allows us to pick Oilers, considering everything regarding that franchise is owned by the Titans. I'm happy about it, but surprised it's always been an option.

This year, in year one, I set the following computer teams to move:

Oakland Raiders > Las Vegas Raiders
Cardinals > Sacramento Miners
Houston Texans > Portland Riverhogs
Cleveland Browns > Mexico City Browns

I do this based on uniforms, mostly, because otherwise why bother. I play as SF, so now I have a new team in my division, Raiders move to Vegas, the Riverhogs unis remind me of Varsity Blues, and the Browns...well that was me forgetting to select a new name before advancing the week, so I guess I get to be that racist guy (not intended).

I have a 4 team fantasy draft franchise i do. Just me for fun. (I did however use all relocation cities for rest of league)

Buffalo became Toronto Huskies
Arizona became Mexico City Diablos
Houston became San Antonio Dreadnoughts
Washington became Dublin Shamrocks

Best 4 unis in the game to me
