Madden 17 vs. 19

I'd say if you can find Madden 19 on the cheap, go for it or try renting from Red Box.

I'm in year 4 with good sliders I've been using.

The slider forum is busier vs main forum.

Opinions will vary.

Maybe to you. I'd wonder how many of them you have played.
This game has issues and after the last update 1.18 ,sometimes when I'm trying to pick plays, it just scrolls rapidly by itself. NEVER had that happen before and the pass blocking is still awful. My players never shed blocks as fast as the CPU DL does to sack me. Boring presentation limited draft stories, boring draft, relocation is still messed up......to name a few things

...they have NO pocket awareness, dude. Sheesh. Are you in denial? Actually, it's worse, because even RBs have little to no vision either. That's the biggest issue with this game, AI awareness of a situation just isn't there. This is even more apparent when a player is near the goal line and simply doesn't understand they can reach for 6, but are incapable of doing so.

And they take off and scramble? Yeah, this would be great...if they actually scrambled at the right time.

Idk what to tell you dude. It's completely better than 17 in everyway for me.

12 is great, 17 is better, 19 ok, but not better than 17, not better than 12.

My opinion is greater and holier than your opinion. You can't have quality with 19.

Who really cares? Saddle up with the game of your choice and have at it, but there is absolutely no need or reason to inject your opinion is mightier than someone else's.

It's to a point in sports gaming where folks are comparing Madden to Madden? No wonder I went back to RPG's and fighting games, more variety. It's like comparing Cheeeto puffs to crunchy Cheetos. Then someone says something about white cheddar paws😂😂😂 I love sports gaming, but it's gotten ridiculously stale and this discussion is proof. I'll see what's what when 19 is on Acess in a week or two, but since Frostbite is still a FPS engine with football assets added, I won't expect a fleshed out on field expirence.
